Provide and completing projects for Energy Saving to be submitted and verify by Tenaga Nasional Berhad for a deduction of tariff rate which directly from the Energy Manager (Energy Consultant). Other than that, to acknowledge the preventive maintenance (PM) that has been done by a technician every week, to do a yearly major service and calibration through ovens to make the process of production become more efficient. I was also done data entries for daily electricity, flowmeter reading for monthly water treatment report. I was also refurbished machine parts and developing PLC system to the machines.

I am doing an inspection and analyze the malfunction computer by checking the hardware depends on to the type of problem occurred either by doing a hard reset of hardware if necessary. Other than that, replacing, repairing or cleaning certain hardware on computer or notebook that infected the hardware to work smoothly as example by cleaning the dust on exhaust fan that interrupted air ventilation and makes the temperature inside case or in compact place is higher than usual. Reformat or repair operating systems if it does not work properly and owner's data will be back up before format process. I was able to experience in recognizing the problem before it can be inspect and repair at the right place. Experienced on trying and using any back up hardware on completing the job. Experience on hardware's connections, operating system compatibility. I also learned to do good communication with customers

Done an analysis on equipment basic care(EBC) checklist. EBC is one of the reliability strategies that involve the user of the equipment to esure the plant asset is monitored continuously and operated safely. Improve operators’ knowledge and skill. Other than that, I have assist operation technician taking gas and liquid sample to be analyze at the laboratory. In completing EBC checklist, I was able to detect the equipment's faulty and reported to senior engineer.
