Involved in a project for Federal Government of Malaysia to upgrade and enhance current SAP and its financial system (from Cash Base to Accrual Accounting).
• SAP MM Functional Consultant for 1GFMAS Project, Accounting General, Malaysia
• Implement SAP ASAP Methodology i.e. Project Preparation, Business Blueprint, Realization, Final
Preparation and Go-Live & Support
• Liaise with Client for Blueprint Specification creation.
• Perform configuration work as per the blue print document.
• Construct Functional Specification for Abapers to develop Customized programs, Interface with
External Party program and Enhancement Program as per client's requirement.
• Responsible for detailed problem and determination of issues in resolving.
• Problem determination includes re-creating the issues, determining the point of failure by stepping
through the ABAP Code and identifying the problem resolution.
• Preparing the Test plan and Test scripts for MM modules business process.
• Responsible for Team Execution - Functional Unit Tests for MM module.
• User Acceptance Testing and System Testing
• Conduct a user training
• Building efficient working relationship with the other Functional team, External Party as well as client
by having weekly meeting for latest progress updates.

● Updates employee records accurately and on a timely manner in SAP by compliance with
company’s Standard Operating Procedure.
● Ensure all processed data are reviewed accordingly and perform 100% master data
checking to ensure accurate data are reported.
● Monitor and manage request tickets daily. Analyzing, understanding, solving problems with
complying with company standard process and scope of services.
● Work in collaboration with other team members to establish and maintain a confidential
and sensitive work environment, focusing on customer service by handling all customer
requests in a professional manner.
● Contribute to the operational process improvement activity by providing support to the
Senior Analyst/ Manager in any improvement program initiatives.
● Contribute positively to a knowledge sharing environment by compiling and documenting
all relevant working experiences in issue resolution into the knowledge database for future
reference.
● Act as a back up to the other team members to deliver and manage customers' expectation
as and when required.
● Perform system related testing as per requirement.
● Participate in monthly operations review meeting with Local HR as and when required.
● Attend to and process customer inquiries and request by applying company standard
operating procedure and utilizing problem solving skills for resolution.
